Rochelle (of Brophy Productions and previously Brophy Circus Academy) started Classical ballet as a three year old. During her teens she attended a full time performing Arts School and reached the Royal Academy of Dance. In 1993 Rochelle started performing with Silvers Grand Magic Circus in Melbourne and began a new chapter in her life - as an Aerialist, performing with several major dance companies around the world to become one of Australia's top Aerial Performers.

In 2008, Rochelle decided to expand on her aerial skills and try Pole Dancing. She came to Pol-arise and quickly fell in love with this new form of aerial skills. She loved the Pol-arise philosophy and culture so much that she has now brought her aerial and pole expertise together with Pol-arise Dance & Aerial Fitness Studios.

AERIAL ESSENTIALS (beginners)
For the first timeer. In this course you’ll learn a number of basic moves and spins and start to build your upper body strength and learn to climb a silk.
AERIAL FIT (intermediate 1)
Is for those who’ve completed Aerial Essentials and are now ready for some more challenging moves. We’ll continue to build your strength and perfect the moves already learnt, as well as teach you some awesome tricks and your first routine.
AERIAL EVOLUTION (intermediate 2)
Once you've completed Aerial Fit, you can move into our more Advanced courses. We'll continue to challenge your mind and body and teach you heaps of fantastic new tricks.
AERIAL JUNKIES (advanced)
By this stage, you're addicted! Our Pole Junkies continue to learn some really tricky moves, create their own routines and more.

Pol-arise Aerial classes are an exciting new concept in fitness and provide a fun and motivation-filled way for men, women and teens to improve both your mental and physical well being. Our classes are suitable for ladies of all ages, sizes and fitness levels - from Beginners right through to Professional level. You don’t need to be fit to start – you soon will be!

Classes are currently run at our Niagara Park (Central Coast) facility - but we're looking forward to bringing Aerial to other locations in the future.

Pol-arise Aerial Fitness includes the use of a range of Aerial Circus equipment including Tissu (Silks), Lyre (Aerial Hoop), Spanish Web and Nets. Each student is encouraged to work at their own pace to maximize their own level of fitness. Rochelle Brophy (Aerial Director) has carefully designed our Aerial Fitness Program to take full advantage of her knowledge and skills as a world class circus performer. Pol-arise Aerial Fitness is not only beneficial, it is a thoroughly enjoyable and exciting way to get in shape, and keep in shape.
